Stratus Estate Buyers has joined Continental Buying Group (CBG) as an authorized vendor member, connecting the company directly with CBG’s network of jewelry retailers. Stratus will make its debut at the 2026 CBG Experience in Phoenix, taking place September 14–16 at the Arizona Biltmore.
Turnkey Events for Independent Jewelers
The partnership grants CBG members access to a three-day, turnkey event model designed to drive foot traffic and generate new revenue. Stratus Estate Buyers handles the full operation, and stores pay no costs to host the event. The company’s specialists evaluate and purchase a broad range of items, including fine jewelry, gold, silver, diamonds, coins, designer handbags, luxury watches, and one-of-a-kind collectibles.
Stratus Estate Buyers founder Justin VanMatre said the decision to join CBG came after a vetting process that evaluates a vendor’s track record and business practices. “CBG retailers are exactly the kind of independent jewelers we built this program for,” VanMatre said. “Having attended past CBG events in a previous role, I look forward to reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting members in Phoenix and showing them how a Stratus event can bring in new customers and added revenue without asking a store to change how it operates.”
Authorized vendor status connects Stratus directly with CBG’s network of jewelry retailers, giving members access to a no-cost revenue stream backed by a team with more than 45 years of combined estate buying experience.
Meeting the Team in Phoenix
Retailers can meet the Stratus team in person at Booth #S308 during the three-day event. Company representatives will be on site throughout the show, offering a walk-through of the event model and an overview of performance data from 2026. Stratus Estate Buyers will also accept bookings for events in 2027.
